Question: Are you authorised by a bank or any other corporation?
Answer: No. In fact, we are fully self-licensed, having been awarded our own Australian Financial Services Licence. (No. 502 980)
Question: How do you protect my sensitive financial and personal information that I provide you with?
Answer: Our firm invests considerable resources towards ensuring protection of all client information, both with a locked postal service and encryption on all of our electronic devices. This includes audit of our email servers, which currently hold the following industry leading standards: SOC1™, (SSAE-16/ISAE-3402), SOC2™, SOC3™, ISO27001, ISO 27018:2014 and FedRAMP.
Question: Are you bound or required to recommend a particular investment, insurance or other product by any particular provider?
Answer: No. In fact, we are not tied to any other organisation or Institution, enabling us to recommend anything as deemed suitable for the client.
Question: Do you charge percentage based fees?
Answer: No. All advice fees are fully fixed, irrespective of the amount of investments and time spent.
Question: How do you obtain new clients?
Answer: Nearly all of our new clients come through referral from existing clients and networks.
Question: If I invest money through your firm, will my money be 'mixed together' with other investors?
Answer: No. All client accounts are separated and owned directly, via an 'Individually Managed Account' structure. This means that the client owns the investments directly, without being pooled together with other investors.
Question: Once my investments are structured, how can I access and view these?
Answer: All of our clients can view their investment portfolio 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, simply by logging on to our secure 'Client Login' portal (see link above)
