Brett is the Director at Lantana Private Wealth and acts as both the Principal Adviser and Director of the firm. Before founding the business, Brett provided financial services to an extensive range of client types, including publicly listed companies, Government agencies, small-to-medium sized enterprises, families and individuals. Brett has worked in numerous divisions at Deloitte Australia as well as several boutique advisory firms since 2006.
Brett held a leading teaching position at Monash University between 2013 - 2016 inclusive, engaged as a Lecturer and Scholarly Teaching Fellow and; being anonymously voted by students as within the top 5% of teaching staff in the overarching Faculty of Business and Economics. Brett takes great pleasure in working closely with each and every one of his clients; and has the utmost pride in delivering successful and measurable results. While Brett is not in the office or meeting with clients, he also enjoys on-going professional development, immersing himself in all things finance, music, cooking and improving his golf game. Brett also sits on the Board of two registered charitable organisations in the South Gippsland and Bass Coast area, providing funds management and assurance services over donated trust monies for the later gifting to persons or families in need. |

Adam is the Principal Accountant at Lantana Private Wealth, responsible for and proven in providing the highest calibre taxation and accounting advice to our clients. Adam brings to the firm and our clients over two decades of public practice experience, having previously fulfilled Senior Accounting positions at numerous Melbourne-based taxation, accounting and family wealth offices.
Adam is able to provide holistic advice to all individuals, business owners, superannuation funds, trust structures and any other special purposes trading or investment vehicles. Adam has serviced many businesses across the entire SME, public and Governmental sector; in stages all the way from the start up phase through to becoming public in listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX). Adam prides himself on continuing his track record of providing proactive and meaningful advice, with a strong focus on planning ahead and ensuring that the clients have optimised on all simple and complex taxation legislation, pursuant to the ITA and applicable case law. While Adam is not in the office, he is kept busy helping his wife look after their two young daughters. Adam often takes his family on day trips across and Victoria, enjoying family-friendly activities, or an occasional trip overseas, with Adam also being fluent in Spanish. Adam also sits on the Board of an organisation which provides assistance to high school and tertiary level students, which has helped hundreds of younger persons gain a better understanding of Australian customers and cultures. |
